AUSLINK (NATIONAL LAND TRANSPORT) ACT 2005 No. 93, 2005 - SECT 3
Object of Act
The object of this Act is to assist national and regional economic and social
development by the provision of Commonwealth funding aimed at improving the
performance of land transport infrastructure.
