ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1987 No. 75 of 1987 - SECT 8

8. Notwithstanding the repeal of Part IV of the Principal Act, that Part as in
force immediately before the commencement of this section continues to apply
in relation to:

   (a)  the land described in Schedule 2 to the Principal Act, being land
        known as the Ranger Project Area; and

   (b)  the land referred to in subsection 41 (3) of that Part; and to any
        agreement in respect of that land.
