ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1987 No. 18 of 1987 - SECT 9

9. Section 43 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (2) "or (1A) (b)" after "40 (1) (b)"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(6) In this section 'mining interest' includes a lease, licence or other
right to which subsection 40 (1A) applies.".
