AUSTRALIAN LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1996 No. 37, 1996 - SECT 6

(1) The Commission consists of:

   (a)  a President; and

   (b)  a Deputy President; and

   (c)  at least 4 other members.

(2) The performance of the Commission's functions, and the exercise of its
powers, are not affected merely because of 1 or more vacancies in its
membership.
