AUSTRALIAN LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1996 No. 37, 1996 - SECT 47

The Commission's money must only be applied:

   (a)  in the discharge of its obligations and liabilities arising under this
        Act; and

   (b)  in the payment of any salary or allowances payable under this Act.
