AUSTRALIAN LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1996 No. 37, 1996 - SECT 44

44 Commission may engage consultants


(1) The Commission may engage persons with suitable qualifications and
experience as consultants to the Commission.

(2) The terms and conditions of the engagement of a person as a consultant are
to be determined by the Commission and approved by the Board.
