ABORIGINAL LAND (LAKE CONDAH AND FRAMLINGHAM FOREST) ACT 1987 No. 34 of 1987 - SECT 25

25. (1) A person is eligible to be a member of the Kirrae Whurrong
Aboriginal Corporation if, and only if, the person has resided on Framlingham
Reserve for a continuous period of more than 12 months (whether before or
after, or before and after, the commencement of this subsection).

(2) At least one-half of the members of the Community Council shall be persons
who are residents of the Framlingham Reserve.

(3) This section has effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the
Aboriginal Councils and Associations Act 1976.
