ABORIGINAL LAND (LAKE CONDAH AND FRAMLINGHAM FOREST) ACT 1987 No. 34 of 1987 - SECT 21

21. (1) Upon the vesting of Framlingham Forest in the Kirrae Whurrong
Aboriginal Corporation, the Corporation has:

   (a)  the full power of management, control and enjoyment of Framlingham
        Forest, subject to the law of Victoria and the Commonwealth;

   (b)  the power to transfer its interest in Framlingham Forest to another
        Aboriginal group which is incorporated under the Aboriginal Councils
        and Associations Act 1976, subject to subsection (2); and

   (c)  the power to give a lease of Framlingham Forest or a licence over
        Framlingham Forest to the Crown, a public authority of the State of
        Victoria or of the Commonwealth or any other person, subject to
        subsection (3).

(2) The Kirrae Whurrong Aboriginal Corporation shall not transfer its interest
in Framlingham Forest to another Aboriginal group if there is an objection
from a member of the Kirrae Whurrong Committee of Elders or an adult member of
the Corporation.

(3) The Kirrae Whurrong Aboriginal Corporation shall not give a lease of
Framlingham Forest or a licence over Framlingham Forest that is for a period
of more than 3 years to a person who is not the Crown or a public authority of
the State of Victoria or the Commonwealth unless the Minister has approved the
giving of that lease or licence.
