ABORIGINAL LAND (LAKE CONDAH AND FRAMLINGHAM FOREST) ACT 1987 No. 34 of 1987 - SECT 20

20. If the Condah land is transferred or granted to another Aboriginal group
in accordance with this Act:

   (a)  this Act has effect in relation to the group and to the Condah land as
        if:

        (i)    a reference in this Act to the Kerrup-Jmara Elders Aboriginal
               Corporation were a reference to the group; and

        (ii)   references to the Committee of Elders or the Governing
               Committee of the Corporation were references to such Committee
               of Elders or Governing Committee as is declared by the
               Governor-General by Proclamation for the purposes of this
               section; and

   (b)  the group to which the land is transferred or granted is deemed to be
        the successor in law of the Corporation or group in or to which the
        Condah land was last vested or granted and has all the powers, duties,
        rights and liabilities of that Corporation or group.
