ABORIGINAL LAND (LAKE CONDAH AND FRAMLINGHAM FOREST) ACT 1987 No. 34 of 1987 - SECT 10

10. (1) After the commencement of section 6 or 7, as the case may require, the
Secretary to the Attorney-General's Department or a person authorised under
subsection 55E (4) of the Judiciary Act 1903 shall lodge with the
Registrar-General for Victoria or other proper officer of Victoria a copy of
the notice of vesting referred to in section 9, certified by writing signed by
the Secretary or a person so authorised.

(2) The officer with whom the copy of a notice of vesting is lodged in
pursuance of subsection (1) may register the acquisition in the manner as
nearly as may be in which dealings with land are registered, and may deal with
and give effect to the copy of the notice of acquisition as if it were a
grant, conveyance, memorandum or instrument of transfer of the land to the
Corporation duly executed under the laws in force in Victoria.
