AUSTRALIAN INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1975 No. 4 of 1975 - SECT 9
Full-time and part-time Directors.
9. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:-
''(1) Subject to sub-sections (2), (3) and (4), the Directors referred to in
paragraph (d) of sub-section (1) of section 11 may be appointed as full-time
Directors or as part-time Directors.''.
