ACTS INTERPRETATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 1 of 1980 - SECT 3
Headings, schedules, marginal notes, footnotes and endnotes
3. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (3) and
substituting the following sub-section:
"(3) No marginal note, footnote or endnote to an Act, and no heading to a
section of an Act, shall be taken to be part of the Act.".
