AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 42 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), Parts 3 and 4 commence on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.

(3) If Parts 3 and 4 do not commence under subsection (2) before 1 July 1991,
they commence on that day.
