AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 17 of 1991 - SECT 6

6. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) all the words after "Commission" (second occurring) and substituting the
following word and paragraphs:

"may:

   (a)  enter into contracts; and

   (b)  accept gifts, devises and bequests made to it, whether on trust or
        otherwise, and act as trustee of moneys or other property vested in it
        on trust.".
