AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 61

Powers of product group committee etc.

61. (1) A product group committee has power to do, on behalf of the
Corporation, all things necessary or convenient to be done for, or in
connection with, the performance of its functions.

(2) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation
by a product group committee shall be deemed to have been done by the
Corporation.
