AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 50
Bank accounts
50. (1) The Corporation may open and maintain accounts with banks and shall at
all times maintain at least one such account.
(2) The Corporation shall pay all money of the Corporation into an account
maintained with a bank.
