AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 46
Consultants
46. (1) The Corporation may engage persons having suitable qualifications and
experience as consultants to the Corporation.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement shall be determined by the
Corporation.
