AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 45

45. (1) The Corporation may engage such employees as it considers necessary
for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.

(2) The terms and conditions of employment shall be determined by the
Corporation.

(3) A person shall not be employed by the Corporation on terms and conditions
more favourable than those applying to the Managing Director.
