AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 34

34. (1) The Managing Director shall conduct the affairs of the Corporation.

(2) The Managing Director shall act in accordance with any policies determined
by, and any directions given by, the Corporation.

(3) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Corporation
by the Managing Director shall be deemed to have been done by the Corporation.
