AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 29

Corporation to comply with corporate plan and annual operational plans

29. To the extent that it is practicable to do so, the Corporation shall
ensure that the performance of its functions, and the exercise of its powers,
is consistent with, and designed to give effect to, the corporate plan and the
applicable annual operational plan.
