AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 21

21. (1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chairperson of the
Corporation on such terms and conditions as the Minister considers
appropriate.

(2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to another member of the
Corporation (other than the Managing Director) on such terms and conditions as
the Chairperson considers appropriate.
