AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 2

Commencement 
2. (1) Parts I, III and VI shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining Parts shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by
Proclamation.
