AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 17

Members of executive of eligible industry bodies not eligible for appointment etc. 
17. Subject to the regulations, a person who is a member of the executive of
an eligible industry body shall not be appointed as a member of the
Corporation, and a member of the Corporation who becomes a member of the
executive of an eligible industry body ceases to hold office as a member of
the Corporation.
