AUSTRALIAN HORTICULTURAL CORPORATION ACT 1987 No. 164 of 1987 - SECT 13

13. (1) The Corporation consists of the following members:

   (a)  the Chairperson;

   (b)  the government member;

   (c)  the Managing Director;

   (d)  6 other members.

(2) The performance of the functions, and the exercise of the powers, of the
Corporation are not affected by reason only of vacancies in the membership of
the Corporation.
