AUSTRALIAN HOUSING CORPORATION ACT 1975 No. 25 of 1975 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Corporation shall comply with any directions as to matters of
general policy given to it by the Minister with respect to the performance of
its functions and the exercise of its powers.

(2) Notwithstanding sub-section (1), the directions that may be given by the
Minister with respect to the performance of the functions of the Corporation
under the Defence Service Homes Act 1918-1975 are such directions only as are
authorized by that Act.
