AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 9

Departments and authorities to assist Commission.

9. (1) All Departments and all authorities of Australia shall give to the
Commission such assistance in the carrying out of its functions as is
reasonably practicable.

(2) All Departments and all authorities of Australia shall comply with all
reasonable requests for information made to them by the Commission in the
performance of its functions.
