AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 46

Consultants.

46. (1) The Commission may engage persons having suitable qualifications and
experience as consultants to the Commission.

(2) The terms and conditions of the enagagement of a person under sub-section
(1) are such as are determined by the Commission with the approval of the
Public Service Board.
