AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 42

Taxation.

42. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), the Commission is not subject to taxation
under the laws of Australia or of a State or Territory.

(2) The regulations may provide that sub-section (1) does not apply in
relation to taxation under a specified law.
