AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 36

36. (1) The Commission shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of receipts and expenditure of the Commission for each financial year
and, if the Minister so directs, for any period specified by the Minister and
the Commission shall submit estimates so prepared to the Minister not later
than such date as the Minister directs.

(2) The moneys of the Commission shall not be expended otherwise than in
accordance with estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
