AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 35

35. The moneys of the Commission shall be applied only-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations
        of the Commission; and

   (b)  in payment of remuneration, expenses, fees and allowances payable to
        any person under this Act.
