AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 29

29. Where-

   (a)  a matter to which the Environment Protection Act is relevant affects a
        place that is in the Register; and

   (b)  the procedures under that Act relating to that matter do not require
        the furnishing of an environmental impact statement or other report by
        the Commission, the Commission may, if it thinks fit, furnish a report
        in relation to that matter to the Minister administering that Act, and
        such a report shall be deemed to be a recommendation referred to in
        paragraph 8 (b) of that Act.
