AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 28

PART V-PROTECTION OF THE NATIONAL ESTATE
28. (1) The Commission may furnish to the Minister administering the
Environment Protection Act such advice in respect of a matter relating to the
national estate and to the operation of that Act as the Commission thinks fit.

(2) The Minister administering the Environment Protection Act may request the
Commission to give advice to him in respect of a matter relating to the
national estate and to the operation of that Act, and the Commission shall
comply with such a request.
