AUSTRALIAN HERITAGE COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 57 of 1975 - SECT 15
Resignation.
15. A Commissioner, other than a representative Commissioner, may resign his
office by writing signed by him and delivered to the Governor-General, but the
resignation does not have effect until it is accepted by the Governor-General.
