AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1989 No. 153 of 1989 - SECT 19
19. Section 25A of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Senior executive commissioned police officers
"25A. A person appointed under section 25 to a position in a prescribed rank
is a senior executive commissioned police officer.".
