AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2000 NO. 9, 2000 - SCHEDULE 2

Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977

1 Paragraphs (z) and (za) of Schedule 2

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

2 Subparagraph 47(2)(a)(iiia)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

Insert:

Commissioner's Orders has the same meaning as in the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 .

Repeal the definition, substitute:

For the purposes of subsection (1), an authorised member is an AFP appointee (other than the appointee against whom the complaint is made) who is a member of the Australian Federal Police and who is authorised in writing by the Commissioner for the purposes of this section.

Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991

24 Subsection 3(1) (paragraph (b) of the definition of authorised person )

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
