AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL POLICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 71 of 1989 - SECT 18

Early retirement 
18. Section 58 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(3) (b) the following paragraph:

"(ba) the person retires under section 38G of the Australian Federal Police 
Act 1979 ;".
