AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 74 of 1988 - SECT 7

7. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsection (1);
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "the general activities" and
substituting "the functions";

   (c)  by omitting subsection (3);
(d) by omitting from subsection (4) "general activities" and "those
activities" and substituting " functions" and " those functions",
respectively.
