AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 74 of 1988 - SECT 14

14. Section 44 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (2) (b);

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) ", in so far as they relate to the
        general activities of the Commission,".
