AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 9

Standards for films.

9. The Minister and the Commission shall exercise their powers and perform
their functions under this Act, so far as they extend to the making of films,
with a view to the achievement of high technical and artistic standards in
those films.
