AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 7
Commission may form company for certain purposes, &c.
7. The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister but not otherwise,
form, or participate with another person in the formation of, a company for
the purpose of carrying on the business of making, promoting, distributing or
exhibiting films and acquire, hold and dispose of shares or stock in the
capital of a company carrying on such a business.
