AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 43

43. A person who is, or has been, a member of the Commission or a member of
the staff of the Commission shall not, directly or indirectly, except in the
performance of his duties, or in the exercise of his powers or functions,
under this Act, make a record of, or divulge or communicate to any person, any
information with respect to the affairs of another person acquired by the
first-mentioned person in the performance of his duties, or in the exercise of
his powers or functions, under this Act.

Penalty: $1,000.
