AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 42

False information. 
42. A person shall not knowingly supply to the Commission or an authorized
person in purported compliance with a requirement of the Commission or the
authorized person any information that is false or misleading in a material
particular.

Penalty: $200.
