AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 34

34. (1) The Commission shall prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister
directs, of its receipts and expenditure for each financial year and, if so
directed by the Minister, for any other period, and shall submit those
estimates to the Minister not later than such date as the Minister directs.

(2) The estimates shall show separately receipts and expenditure in respect of
the special film-making activities of the Commission.

(3) For the purposes of sub-section (2) any expenditure necessary to pay and
discharge the debts, liabilities and obligations referred to in paragraph 39
(2) (b) shall be deemed to be expenditure other than in respect of the special
film-making activities of the Commission.

(4) Moneys shall not be expended by the Commission in respect of its special
film-making activities otherwise than in accordance with estimates of
expenditure approved by the Minister.
