AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 14

14. (1) The Commission may, by writing under its seal, delegate to a member of
the Commission with the approval of the Minister, either generally or
otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, any of its powers or
functions under this Act, other than this power of delegation.

(2) A power or function so delegated may be exercised or performed by the
delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the Commission.
