AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 12
Commission to keep itself informed as to film industry.
12. For the purposes of performing its functions, the Commission shall keep
itself informed, whether by the collection of statistics, the conduct of
market research or otherwise, of all aspects of making, promoting,
distributing and exhibiting films in Australia.
