AUSTRALIAN FILM COMMISSION ACT 1975 No. 6 of 1975 - SECT 11

11. The Minister shall give such directions to the Commission under section 8
as he thinks necessary for the purpose of ensuring the observance, in the
exercise of powers under section 10, of the obligations of Australia under the
Code of Liberalisation of Current Invisible Operations of the Organization for
Economic Co-Operation and Development, and the Commission shall comply with
those directions.
