ARTS, ENVIRONMENT, TOURISM AND TERRITORIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 88 of 1990 - SECT 2

2. (1) Parts 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.   (2) Part 2 is taken to have commenced immediately
after the commencement of section 6 of the Arts, Territories and Environment
Legislation Amendment Act 1989.   (3) Part 3 is taken to have commenced
immediately after the commencement of section 55 of the Australian Capital
Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1989.

(4) Part 9, other than paragraph 28 (a), is taken to have commenced
immediately after the commencement of section 32 of the A.C.T. Self-Government
(Consequential Provisions) Act 1988.

(5) Paragraph 28 (a) is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1990.
