AIRLINE EQUIPMENT (LOAN GUARANTEE) ACT 1974 No. 99 of 1974 - SECT 5

5. (1) The Treasurer may, either generally or otherwise as provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing under his hand, delegate to an officer of
the Department of the Treasury any of his powers under this Act.

(2) A power so delegated may be exercised in accordance with the instrument of
delegation.

(3) A delegate is, in the exercise of his powers under this Act, subject to
the directions of the Treasurer.

(4) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power by the Treasurer.
