ABORIGINAL EDUCATION (SUPPLEMENTARY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 1 of 1990 - SECT 9

9. Without limiting the generality of section 8, an agreement may be made
with:

   (a)  a State, the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory;
        or

   (b)  a university or other institution providing post secondary education;
        or

   (c)  a person or body conducting, or associated with, an educational system
        or educational institution; or

   (d)  a person qualified to carry out research, or give advice, about
        education
