ABORIGINAL EDUCATION (SUPPLEMENTARY ASSISTANCE) ACT 1989 No. 1 of 1990 - SECT 8

8. The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, make an agreement, to be
known as an Aboriginal education agreement, providing for the payment of money
to the other party to the agreement, or to another person or body, for the
purpose of advancing an object of this Act.
